REFUND POLICY
wheresmychair.com reserves the right to refuse returns of items sent after a specified time period or in a condition different from when they were shipped. If you want to return multiple items—even from different orders—you may do so in a single box. It is important to include all return forms; without these, refunds cannot be processed correctly.
wheresmychair.com only accepts returns of original products that are in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once we receive your return in good condition, you will get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you provided. Please note that credit card refunds are subject to the policies of your credit card issuer, and in some cases, returns and refunds may take slightly longer than usual.
